Talent Acquisition Advisor - 3 Month Temporary Contract

REED are recruiting for our client in central Cambridge who are looking for cover for a 3 month period within their Talent Acquisition Team. The post will be Full Time and our client is looking for candidates who are available immediately,

The role will be busy and will involve a hands on approach from someone with experience within a similar role. You will be responsible for end to end recruitment of vacancies - including stakeholder management, advertising, using Applicant Tracking Systems, liaising with suppliers, advising on shortlisting, arranging interviews and pre-screens, managing offers and feedback.

Working within a friendly, experienced and supportive team of Advisors you will be able to build excellent stakeholder relationships, work to deadlines, provide advice and support to hiring managers and develop your knowledge of the organisation and vacancy portfolio.
