We are looking to recruit a high calibre HR Manager with strong all round HR experience to join this multinational manufacturing business.
Client Details
Our client is a large multinational manufacturing business. To support the further growth of the business they are looking to hire a HR Manager onto the team.
Description
Reporting to the HR Director the role will be varied but with key responsibilities including:
- Management and development of the HR team
- Taking a lead on all ER matters
- Ensuring a consistent and effective approach to Recruitment and L&D
- Taking a lead on a variety of strategic HR projects
Profile
We are looking for CIPD qualified professional with strong generalist HR experience. You should have previous management experience, be task focused yet able to influence and coach a group of individuals to a common goal. Strong experience in ER would be advantageous. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a history of leading a group of individuals on a successful project.
