Gibbs Hybrid is seeking a Marketing Lead / Producer for our leading Pharmaceuticals client in West London.
- You will be a critical partner for the Product and Engagement Planning teams, seeking to create a single point of contact for marketing campaign management and execution across Digital campaigns for brands promoted in a European/International Market.
- The role is responsible for Production Budget Brand Planning based on established brand and engagement strategy plans, ensures tactical campaigns aligned with the strategy are flawlessly executed through the right channel in the proper cadence, fed by content module approval and tactical activity calendar updates
- Accountable for the flawless delivery of assigned omni-channel tactics for the clients market (right customer segment, channel, content, cadence) incl. production budget ownership
- Owns the Digital Production Budget for a series of brands or Therapeutic areas - provides the Engagement Lead and Planning Team with ongoing financial reporting across production/execution, reconciles on monthly basis
- Accountable for the flawless delivery of assigned omni-channel tactics for the clients market (right customer segment, channel, content, cadence) incl. production budget ownership
- Tracks 8 stages of cycle of campaigns (from engagement planning to module development, through to production management, QA/UAT, deployment and insights & optimization) and coordinates across the matrix to meet deadlines where timing may be challenged
- Project manages and co-ordinates the entire 8 stages - predominantly responsible for 'production & management', 'QA/UAT & final submission' and 'deployment/Go-Live'
- Collaborates with Capability Leads, IT and Engagement Planner to schedule resources and plan executions - in accordance with Operating Model standards/process
- Cross-collaborates on the content planning timing in order to execute required campaigns Is aware of KPIs and is informed of campaign analytics with Business Intelligence & Analytics to help assess content performance to prepare for course corrections and enhancements
- Runs or attends status meetings for Brand or Therapeutic area with matrix participants
- Will learn Tools used to support project management, workflow, timelines, finances, etc. and inform improvements needed and in some cases lead a project with IT
- With respect to English language, ideally fluent orally & in writing, can translate basics and lead status call in English where needed in order to align across the matrix
- Manages the day-to-day tactical execution plan for assigned European market(s)
- Identifies and implements innovation/process opportunities within the Production Management functional area

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in marketing and/or activation in large complex organization, 3+ years of Digital marketing management planning and budget allocation experience and 3+ years Project Management experience (PMP not required, but ideal).
