Watson Developer URGENTLY required to join a first-of-a-kind project to build an enterprise grade self-service chatbot using IBM's Watson Assistant Technology. The Watson Developer will work with the functional team to develop the chatbot (virtual assistant) and configure API's for seamless integration into the existing environment. The Watson Developer will require excellent knowledge of the Watson Assistant platform, chatbot development process, Natural language Processing (NLP) and API's.

Deliverables

• Develop chatbots using IBM Watson Assistant.
• Develop conversational flows integral to the chatbots.
• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP), Intent Classification and Sentiment Analysis to improve the chatbots interaction experience.
• Design and develop custom API's to ensure chatbot is integrated into existing environment.

Key Skills

• IBM Watson Assistant.
• Excellent knowledge of Chatbot Architecture.
• Experience building enterprise grade chatbots using chatbot platforms or raw code.
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Intent Classification and Sentiment Analysis.
• Experience in chatbot API and ideally custom API development.
• Software development background, ideally proficient in one or more of the following Python, Node.js, JavaScript & R.
