Supply Chain Administration Support Assistant
GBP18,800 plus benefits (Grade G11)
Scunthorpe. We're currently working remotely due to Covid. The future will see us working in a hybrid way, with a mixture of home and office working.

We're looking for a supply chain administrative assistant to joins us and provide department-wide admin support to our supply chain teams, with a focus on the timely reporting of supply chain targets and business reporting/metrics. What you'll do

• assist in the creation of daily/weekly/monthly Excel reports
• provide support on targets and stock control data upkeep, (e.g. availability and category stock performance)
• collate key data for the weekly trading meeting
• provide admin support to management colleagues and stock controllers
• make sure that all information is kept up to date and accurate
• support the team where new processes and procedures require admin changes
• help to drive improvement and efficiencies across the team by using data to aid decision making

This role would suit people who have

• good general IT skills, with intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to use functions such as formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• good numeracy, database and information upkeep skills
• a keen eye for detail
• good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with colleagues and partners at all levels
• the ability to organise your own workload and meet tight deadlines
