A housing association, that supports the homeless, has a new opportunity available to join their established team as their next Property Services Officer. There are also flexible working options.This role is an administrative and customer services support role, you will be responsible for the following areas:Maintenance- Confirm appointments to tenants for various maintenance works, and liaison on logistics- To complete repairs orders- Organise small furnishingsServicing- Raise orders for properties & premises for annual servicing e.g. gas, electrical fire- To complete services orders, including checking and processing invoicesCompliance- Administer missed appointment procedure- To monitor progress of work where necessary chase contractors, ensure all is logged appropriately- To contribute to reviewing the quality and timeliness of contractor's workTeam Administration- To lead on maintaining both the manual filing system & database for the team- Support with taking calls from tenants, contractors & colleagues regarding day to day repairs and servicesPersonal Specification- Experience of dealing efficiently and accountably with property administration- Experience of using property management databases- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages- Experience with communication with tenants as customersTo apply for this Property Services Officer vacancy, please email your CV to our Office & Specialist Support Team quoting the reference number 74977DW.
