Campaign Manager
Up to GBP55,000 plus benefits (Grade D17)
Manchester city centre, can be home based with at least 2 days a week in Manchester

We're looking for a talented campaign manager with a wealth of experience to join us in delivering outstanding, commercially successful campaigns.

In this hugely exciting and rewarding role, you'll work at a strategic level, using your creative marketing experience and your natural commercial acumen to orchestrate the delivery of a range of exciting marketing campaigns. This will include everything from TV ads, right through to social media and digital campaigns, along with everything in between. This is an amazing opportunity for you to work with one of the UK's best-known brands, as well as collaborating with high-profile agencies.

What you'll do:

• plan, execute and analyse multiple campaigns at any one time ensuring seamless integration across all channels
• think "customer first and omni-channel always" and make sure that we send out the right message with the best creative using the right channel
• use insight, analytics and reporting for both creative development and post-campaign analysis, building findings into future campaign strategies and creative development
• lead cross-functional, agile squads with multiple creative and communications fields without any direct line management for individual colleagues

This role would suit people who have:

• creativity and are brilliant at campaign development and execution
• a passion for innovation - you'll always be on the look out to try new things and bring fresh ideas to the table in pursuit of raising the quality of our communications time and again
• commercial acumen and previous consumer marketing experience
• adept at stakeholder management forging strong working relationships quickly and easily
• a proven understanding of media, with significant multi-channel experience
