Administrator - WF2
After continuing success, my client based in WF2 is looking to recruit an additional sales support administrator to support a small internal & external sales team.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a company that really does look after its staff. You'll be working in a modern office environment in the heart of Wakefield's prestigious business parks.
You main duties would be as follows:
- Support divisional, external & internal sales managers
- Daily contact with partners & customers supporting the sales process
- Production of accurate quotations and follow up when appropriate
- Accurate completion of financial documentation
- Updating the internal database(CRM System)
- Provide accurate financial reports for senior management
- Additional administrational duties such as filing, photocopying
Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

I am looking for someone who can clearly demonstrate through their cv/work history a background in sales support.
You must have experience of dealing with clients through email and phone as well as supporting a sales team.
It would be advantageous if you have experience of dealing & processing complex documentation such as contracts and tenders.
You must be extremely comfortable using excel and again I am looking for someone who has used this in an existing or previous role.
