Another exciting opportunity has become available from FOTC Group for a Sales Account Manager to build our client's brands and create new business opportunities.
Role Overview: The appointed Sales Account Manager will be responsible for looking after our client's brands. The candidate will be marketing our client's services to their ideal decision-makers, whilst bringing on new business for FOTC Group.
Responsibilities:
- Market clients services or products to identified key decision-makers
- Identify customer requirements, while promoting a range of products.
- Develop existing business relationships with key accounts
- Plan product launches, ensuring they are in line with business strategies.
- Provide accurate sales reports for clients
- Run 121 meetings with clients discussing their campaign
- Ensure any customer complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Perform 200 calls per day
- Achieve new business opportunities for FOTC Group
