We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Specialist Recruitment client based in Farnborough, Hampshire, to support their growth plan for both recruitment and operational staff.

We will consider candidate from either in-house or agency recruitment.

Our client is well established with a strong brand within their sector, offering candidates a vibrant and rewarding working environment with performance bonuses, ability to work from home 2 days a week after probation, staff social events and ongoing training and development.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  • Manage the end to end process from application searches, telephone screening, interview and offer management, Lead face to face interviews

  • Ensure successful candidates are suited to the business needs and goals

  • Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates in a timely manner to ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Manage the offer process, ensuring successful candidates are engaged

  • Effective candidate management to ensure engagement throughout the process and deliver a positive experience

  • Build and develop relationships with hiring managers

  • Negotiate with agencies when needed

  • Advertise vacancies on multiple social media platforms and build candidate pipelines

  • Attend careers fairs to attract talent at grass roots level

  • Create offer letters and contracts

  • On-boarding of new employees

  • Conduct exit Interviews

  • Manage the training programme for new starters

  • Plan, produce and analyse content within the industry and post on all social media channels

  • Create social media strategies and create engaging content

  • Executing commercial objectives that drive the company brand forward

  • Update the website with new content using WordPress.

The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist will have:

  • Previous in-house or Agency recruitment experience

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Be personable with a confident and out-going personality

  • Flexibility to meet candidate outside of working hours

  • Experience promoting a company brand on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter)

  • Previous WordPress experience would be preferable.
