CMM Programmer

Kristek is a sub contract machine shop with a focus on precision and high quality machined parts. Nearly all our work is manufactured on CNC mills and CNC lathes; we also have manual grinding capabilities. Your responsibilities will include

* Carry out first off's for production and feed back accordingly

* Carry out final inspection checks prior and post sub-con work

* Use various inspection equipment to assist check's including CMM

* Writing CMM Programmings to support FAIR's and prodcution

* Calibration of inspection equipment - to arrange, record and update as necessary

* Raise internal / external quality issues to QM when needed

* Create concessions and production permits

* Create and approve FAIR's including AS9102 forms

* Continuous improvement - to support and implement improvement projects

* Creating checking and approving quality and dynamic control plans

You should have the following skills and abilities

* Fully experienced in inspection and measurement equipment

* CMM Programming (essential)

* Understand engineering drawings

* ISO9001 experience (essential)

* AS9100 (desirable)

* Good eye for detail

* IT skills

* Ability to communicate with all levels in a professional, calm and clear manner
