A new prospect has risen to work for one of the biggest residential developers in the UK with around 200 sites across England. They are now looking for a Project Manager to join them on their current and future developments. You will be working in their East Midlands office to control and deliver a multitude of construction projects. In addition to overseeing and supporting the control and delivery of construction projects to meet client specifications (safety, quality, cost, time, etc.) such that all budget, risk, specification, project timescales, customer and business objectives are met in full. This is an exciting, fast paced Developer who design and construct innovative, creative homes with a huge pipeline for the future it brings huge opportunities not just now but for the future.
Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the successful safe completion of the project: quality, time, procurement, client interface and to lead by example in all that they do.
Drive delivery of continuous safety improvements
Recruit and promote the best people available to meet business needs.
Management of internal/external design team/consultants to meet project deadlines.
Ensure that detailed plans are developed commensurate with the overall project plan such that material, resources, and supply chain can be procured and scheduled.
Ensure that all additional work is identified, fully costed, and agreed with the client.
Strategically produces and regularly reviews the project programme (including procurement & Design & Build) to ensure completion on time.
Ensure team members understand any sustainability practices relevant to their role and encourage continuous improvement.
Chair site meetings; progress meetings, safety meetings and project reviews with all stakeholders as appropriate
Ensure all team members are fully inducted and carry out role specific requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement. Competencies

CSCS Card
Experience working on new build residential projects
Valid SMSTS Certificate
Experience in delivering 100+ unit schemes as number 1 on site
Experience in the management of Health and Safety
Solid knowledge of NHBC standards
Ability to analyse technical and commercial aspects of developments and apply solutions in terms of time, cost, quality and best use of available resources.
A proven operational, team player who can set direction and delivery within challenging market conditions.
