Service Desk Analyst

Watford charity pays GBP14.85 per hour.

Working from home role. Starts 21st June till 30th sept 2021.

Have you got a support qualification such as MCP or A+ or equivalent?

Do you have recent exp of providing Service support?

Do you have substantial experience of support and development in a Microsoft environment?

Main Responsibilities.

Work to investigate and resolve incidents and underlying technical problems using technical and customer care skills in accordance with agreed service levels, and to apply administrative arrangements to ensure and maintain the quality and accuracy of the configuration database.

Provide a professional technical service through face to face, telephone, ticket based and or email communication to all company staff and partner organisations across all geographies and levels, promoting the brand or work ethos espoused.

Essential

GSCE in English and Maths (or equivalent).

IS support qualification (such as MCP or A+) or equivalent experience.

Experience required.

Working in service support environment with customers

Substantial experience of Support and Development in a Microsoft Environment and using of Service Desk systems.

Working in a customer facing role assisting and supporting people via email and telephone contact.

Experience of working to administrative procedures for tasks such as raising orders, invoice processing, asset recording.
