Working 100% from home for a major software company that provide a web based MIS Solution, you will enjoy a varied position working in a project capacity with clients across the globe. You will be responsible for setting up new instances of the solution and then extracting, manipulating and validating the current client data sets. You will support the clients with the smooth transition over to the new product and be on hand for early stage professional consultancy.
This is a great opportunity to further your data analysis and manipulating skills within an externally facing role that provides variety and new challenges. Projects will differ in terms of size and complexity and also include all different kinds of third party application integration.
As a technical skill set you will have good level SQL Server skills, you will be comfortable writing and running reports using tools such as SSRS and ideally you will have knowledge of IIS. General MIS management and Data Analysis experience is to be expected and previous projects around data migrations would be highly adventurous. You must be customer focused with good attention to detail, solid communication skills and the drive to work in fast paced role.
The current team enjoy this role because of the hybrid technical / business facing nature. They also like the fact that it is 100% home based and offers a great work life balance with no "Helpdesk" shifts or on call requirements. Prospected for internal growth are very positive, previous incumbents of the role have since moved internally into development, project management and senior leadership roles
