GBP9.50 per hour

Exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client on a temporary basis to assist with their recruitment.The Recruiter will form part of our busy HR team.You will coordinate the fast paced recruitment process from placing job adverts, headhunting talent and conducting telephone interviews. You will also need to liaise with agencies to support in filling the more technical roles.

The Role :

To act as the first point of contact for any recruitment queries, delivering an exceptional recruitment service to all team members.Responsible for the recruitment cycle - preparing job specifications, advertising positions, liaising with agencies, creating shortlists, producing recruitment correspondence, arranging and coordinating interviews, arranging assessment centres if required.

• Advertising online vacancies internally and updating the company internal system.
• Meet with recruitment agencies with the Senior Recruiter to establish working relationships and
assist in agreeing terms of business and maintain a preferred supplier list.
• Manage and improve recruitment length consisting of age of vacancies through to successful
appointment.
• Maintaining the Recruitment Inbox, Screening high volumes of CV applications and shortlisting
CVs working in conjunction with the relevant hiring Manager.
• To conduct telephone interviews and arrange interviews with the Hiring Manager, providing
feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
• The ability to manage numerous live vacancies whilst working to tight deadlines.
• Support and maintain effective working relationships with external agencies producing a
Preferred Supplier List.
• Liaise with IT, Marketing & HR to advertise and Proactively source candidates through a
variety of methods including; headhunting, social media, referrals and Job Boards & CV
Database searches, company website / careers pages.
• Reduce expenditure of Agencies as best as possible.
• Maintain the Natural HR system and ensuring it is kept up to date
• Maintain the Divisional Recruitment tracker
• To ensure that the Referral Memo and Live vacancies is distributed weekly
• Support the on boarding process of all new starters where necessary.
