Job Title: P&I Quality Analyst
Location: Northampton
Salary: GBP20,500

Working as part of an independent team that sits across all of the Business Payment and Retention Teams, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining robust and efficient programmes in connection with QA, colleague enablement and MI analysis. You'll handle project management and reporting tasks with authority as an integral member of the team.
P&I Quality Analyst Package:
GBP20,500 basic salary

P&I Quality Analyst Role:
Own, build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
Undertake reviews of tasks performed by Business Payment Specialist Teams in order to test their understanding and application of policies, process and standards.
Collate outputs from sample testing for use in the production of management& customer information.
Make recommendations to senior leadership team based on the analysis of factual information.
Resolve problems by identifying and implementing solutions through the application of acquired technical experience.
Undertake analysis of quality assurance management information and other data in order to establish root cause.
Using factual information, make recommendations to the Performance & Improvement Team Manager / Head of Operations / Risk & Governance Manager to improve business quality/ performance and/or cost reductions.
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements
Act as a point of reference for new and newly qualified team members.
Work closely with the Performance & Improvement Manager and the wider Quality Assurance / Risk / Compliance Teams to deliver exceptional performance across the wider team.
Undertake other activity within the Performance & Support Team to ensure contingency across all tasks.
Key influencer in key areas, in particular colleagues.
Participate in associated quality control checks and peer reviews where required.
P&I Quality Analyst:
Educated to degree level beneficial
Comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills, in order to exchange complicated and sensitive information with colleagues and senior management
Ambitious and driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytically minded
A knowledge of working process and procedure beneficial
Some experience of QA and MI analysis beneficial
