Our highly established client is looking to recruit an experienced Office Support Administrator to join their very busy team. You will be directly reporting to the Office Manager and will be required to look after senior management, so must be a keen/proactive/enthusiastic/switched-on administrator looking to step-up into a professional, administrative environment (however some repetitive tasks are to be expected).

Key Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with typing, including standard letters, letters of engagement and audit reports
• Organising internal/external post (courier, packages and special post)
• Answering the telephone as well as answering the buzzer for client, post/courier and supplier 'meet and greet'
• Reviewing/managing Meeting Room bookings, making drinks for clients/visitors, organising/ assisting with any catering requirements and preparation/clearing of meetings rooms after meetings
• Photocopying/printing/scanning/binding
• Archiving/retrieving files from off-site storage provider
• Data input for new clients and amendments on their practice management system's database (Advance)
• Client identification management
• Assisting with finalising invoices during the monthly billing process
• Providing support and back up to the Office Manager

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Experience in a similar role with a high level understanding of a busy office support function
• Confidence and with client-facing experience, as will be liaising with clients/staff at all levels
• A happy, proactive, flexible, 'can do' attitude
• Ability to accept the consistency of certain tasks
• Highly motivated, well organised and with good time management
• A good team player, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel

Additional Information:

• 35 Flexible working hours per week (around the core hours of 10am-12pm / 2pm-4pm) - there is an expectation to be mainly office-based, but with opportunities to work from home
• 20 days annual leave with an additional day after each years' service
