Our very reputable client is on the hunt for an experienced Data Analyst to join their offices on a permanent basis in Nottingham with WFH options available. With the aim of providing insights into the business' HR operations and benefits system, you will become the go-to person for all things data and insights, allowing managers to effectively support their employees.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
Advanced Excel and Word skills
Experience of handling large, complex data sets
CIPD fully or part qualified (desirable)
Compensation & Benefits or Payroll function experience (desirable)
Able to analyse data and articulate findings to a range of audiences
Effective communication skills with a willingness to share knowledge and expertise
Persistent and creative in solving problems
The ideal candidate will have a curious approach to established processes and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Within this position, you'll also be:
Carrying out regular monthly reporting as well as understanding and fulfilling ad-hoc data/report requests
Managing the administration of the company's flexible benefits scheme and group flexible retirement plan, in accordance with statutory requirements
Providing ongoing support in the implementation and delivery of the new flexible benefits system and the delivery of the reward strategy
Responding to employee and line manager queries relating to benefits and other reward and wellbeing initiatives
Providing direct support to the Reward Manager and wider business during the annual pay review planning and implementation process
Providing input and analysis relating to Gender Pay Gap, equal pay and diversity reporting
Supporting the Reward Manager across a range of reward and wellbeing activities and initiatives
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 dependant on skills and level of experience
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm - flexibility available
