What you will be doing:
As the Document Controller, you'll work across Programme and Project Teams, supporting the end to end governance process and business management systems. You'll assist with handing back projects to our operations team, liaising with both site and project-based staff to ensure accurate documentation is received from key stakeholders. You'll be responsible for correctly uploading the information on the project document management system.

Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Retrieval of relevant documents from previously completed projects
- Ensure all project documentation is correctly named, uploaded and filed on the project document management system.
- Set up and maintain project handover, delivery trackers.
- Checking and verifying the uploading of subcontractor documents and their assigned metadata.
- Maintain all site folders to ensure archiving can be completed efficiently and documents retrieved as required.
- Produce Site Handover Packs for Operation teams.
- Liaise with the Project Handover Manager and Project Managers, providing updates on project status and highlight and chase missing documentation.
- Have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
- Have strong experience of working in an administrative role with excellent planning, attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Possess previous experience of TWEXnet Business Collaborator or similar software. This is desirable, not essential.
- Possibly be experienced in documentation control within the construction sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
