Here at Integra People we are currently recruiting for an experienced full time Accounts Administrator. This is required for maternity cover of at least 10 months in a busy office environment managing the daily transactions of the finance function. The ideal candidate must be qualified in IATI/CAT or similar, have at least 3 years' experience in a busy office accounts administration role and have strong computer skills.

The candidate should be assertive with excellent communication skills while possessing the ability to work as part of a team or in a stand-alone position.

Essential Skills:

Full responsibility for the day to day accounts management therefore the candidate will need to be very strong in the following areas:

- Debtors (Managing debtor invoices, credit notes, debt collection)

- Creditors (Managing creditor invoices, credit notes, reconciliations and payment runs)

-Bank reconciliation (timely and accurate posting to cash book with full reconciliation daily)

- Banking Lodgements (ensuring deposits are lodged to bank when necessary)

- Working knowledge of cash flows

- MS Word/MS Excel-Intermediate Level

- Excellent time management skills

- Good telephone manner & excellent communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritise your day

- Knowledge of working within a multi-currency environment
