Key Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining relationship with client and key personnel
* Conducting business reviews to ensure client is satisfied with our products and services.
* Seeking to up sell and cross sell through the effective management
* Achieving client relationship target and KPI's as agreed with management and contractual obligations
* Work closely with operational and sales management
* Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and highlighting potential issues to regional management for corrective action
* Carrying out business reviews and reporting same to senior management along with any proposed improvements - encourage senior management to attend all reviews , in person or remotely
* Following up and progressing new opportunities through effective customer management.
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled operationally & cost effectively
* Compiling all reports and SLA metrices.
Full-time, permanent role, working hours are 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday
