Our client based in the Thetford, Norfolk are seeking a Office Administrator.
The working hours for this role is 9am-3pm.
The successful Office Administrator will have the following key responsibilities:
* Process invoices to customers, including service invoices, recharges to 3rd parties and rental fleet invoices
* Liaise with the Operations Manager, Technical advisor and Technicians to ensure service job cards are filled out correctly
* Process stock adjustments in the ERP system
* Maintenance of data within the ERP system
* Control and maintain the petty cash
* Take customer card payments over the telephone
* Maintain holiday and sickness log for the team
* Maintain travel insurance log for the team
* Assisting the UK management team with administration and adhoc business requirements
* Reception function
* Welcome customers
The Office Administrator will have the following experience:
* Be fully proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel skills
* Experienced in the use of ERP System
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
* Customer friendly
* Professional attitude
* Able to effectively prioritise time management
* A nice and clear telephone voice
* Strong organisational skills
* An excellent communicator
