Software Trainer

Lisa Wright Recruitment are recruiting a Support Analyst to join an established IT solutions company. You will be responsible for providing training and support to customers on bespoke IT systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with IT training experience or a graduate with a couple of years' experience, looking to develop their skills further.
Support Analyst duties will include:
* Working to understand customer issue within the context of their business
* Provide support, feedback and escalation during priority incidents
* Analyse issues, replicate within test environment
* Test and deliver software fixes
* Raise and manage development tasks
To be considered for this Support Analyst role you will have experience/knowledge of the following:
* Experience in delivering IT training / IT support
* Experience with business systems such as CRMs, warehouse management systems
* Preferably have experience of using or supporting a financial software application

This role is remote working with occasional travel to customer sites
