The purpose of this role is to deliver our H&B Growing Managers Apprenticeship scheme. You will join the Apprenticeship delivery team and report to the Apprenticeship Delivery and Quality Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

To effectively manage a caseload of learners, supporting their development to maximise their full potential in achieving their End Point Assessment and career goals
To deliver Apprenticeship teaching, learning and assessments in line with Ofsted and ESFA standards and in line with our internal KPI measures
To collaborate with Store and Regional Management to effectively deliver Apprenticeships and support the development of store colleagues
To collaborate with subject matter experts and our design team to create high-quality content and review suitability
To coach and encourage the professional development of Apprentices and offer effective feedback to support their development
To adopt a tailored, blended learning approach to deliver Apprenticeship training including one to one and group delivery in remote and face to face settings
To bespoke training delivery to meet individual needs/differences and accommodate different learning styles
The Person:

Ability to work effectively, both individually and within a team across the business
Flexibility to travel, work remotely and manage time effectively, some occasional overnight stays are expected
Ability to prioritise and plan effectively to meet deadlines as well being flexible to change and reprioritising at short notice
Passionate about developing others and confident in facilitating training
Drive and resilience to overcome any barriers and meet our Apprenticeship targets
Technical Skills:

Hold (or be willing to work towards) a recognised teaching qualification, such as Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent (essential)
Hold a relevant assessor qualification, such as CAVA, D32/D33 or A1 (desirable)
Worked in small box retail as a Retail Store Manager or as part of the Management team (essential)
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes (desirable)
Basic level of understanding of quality assurance and training principles (desirable)
Passion in coaching and training individuals and groups (essential)
Basic level of understanding of Apprenticeship delivery (desirable)
