Kaedi Recruitment Agency is looking for Health Care Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Health Care Assistants and Care Managers to join our staff bank. Support workers are needed to support our clients all around Leeds.
Support Workers and Health Care Assistants registered with us at Kaedi will be responsible for supporting our clients with their care plans. All our support workers of all levels need to be confident, professional, organised and dependable.
Duties Include:
* Providing support to service users.
* Monitor and record service users progress.
* Liaising with the management team consistent standard of care that meets the individual needs of each service user.
* Assisting service users with general housekeeping & shopping
* Follow clients safeguarding policies.
Key Skills Required:
* Flexible and Adaptable
* Must be Organised
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Must be supportive and compassionate to service users.
Additional Information:
* Applicants may need to apply for a new Enhanced DBS (if they don't already have one on the update service)
* Applicants must have full CV history along with references covering a period of the last 5 years.
* Experience within the Private healthcare sector is preferred however this is not essential.
* Hourly pay rates vary from GBP8.75 to GBP15 depending on shift pattern and location.
