The Role:

The Key Accounts Co-ordinator/ Administrator is a busy and varied role, co-ordinating and supporting our customers with their end-to-end journey using our Intelliframe and the products and services around it. Working alongside colleagues and stakeholders you will provide excellent customer service and will build excellent working relationships, to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained and enhanced.

Reporting directly into the Digital Service Leader for Intelliframe, you will be expected to deliver and report on specific KPI targets to keep our high level of customer satisfaction and support the DSL with the proactive and reactive requirements of our 24/7 services. You will support the process and procedures needed to continually improve our strategy and approach with Intelliframe to meet the demands and challenges that our customers require.

You will also be required to create key account plans for customers as well as produce case studies for works, so good administrative skills are a must.

The role will be Southern based. However, will be temporarily remote (due to current covid restrictions). Face to face engagement, will still be required, and as such the ability to drive is essential to fulfil the role.

A confident and organised individual, you are highly motivated, skilled at flexing diplomacy and can work well in a fast moving and high performing team. You possess strong customer service skills and are highly proficient and accurate, completing all work to the highest of standards. You would describe yourself as resilient, determined and willing to "go the extra mile".
