Randstad is recruiting for a number of Sensor Print Line Technicians on behalf of a global medical device and health care leader, who are dedicated to helping people reach their full health potential.

The successful candidate would be required to work day shifts (6 am - 6 pm) on a 4 days on, 4 days off shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:

To manufacture and deliver high quality and compliant products on time, in full and in a cost effective manner to meet the needs of the business and its customers.
Is individually accountable for the quality of the product under their charge whilst processing web product and screens through the manufacturing unit and ensures compliance with the ADC quality system, GMP, GLP and ISO regulatory requirements.
Pro-actively support the business within the Screens and Web Printing Manufacturing area.
To maintain good timekeeping for all the tasks and wears correct working attire and PPE.
To perform job functions positively, demonstrating behaviours which are appropriate for a centre of manufacturing excellence.
To perform verification of data and documentation review.
To operate the web print line(s) and/or screens equipment for strip and/or sensor product under strict Standard Operating Procedures.
To weigh, measure and check raw materials to assure screens that are manufactured contain proper materials and quantities, and do not contain materials that have expired.

Candidate Requirements:

To be able to work independently in a regulated environment
Maintain high standards of accuracy
Proficient IT skills
To have completed secondary education
To be able to following and maintain compliance to operating procedure and processes
Print line experience is preferred but not essential
5 years of referencing (employment or alternative activity) history will need to be obtained if you are successful in your application.
