Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, an IT Sales Consultant to work for one of the UK's leading unified communications provider.

Salary: GBP25K basis plus commission

Hybrid Working: 3 days a week from Chorley office, 2 days a week from home.

The Role:

As a Desk Sales Specialist, you will be selling to existing customers managed by the Internal Account Management team. These customers are typically Micro and Small organisations and will require multiple products that the company provides.

Selling into the whitespace is a critical measure within this role and ensures we are increasing the product penetration for each customer.

You will often be required to undertake online demonstrations and host webinars promoting the company's products and services.

Achieving KPIs and your monthly sales target are key measures for success.

What we're looking for:

Essential

Computer Literate, knowledge of email systems, organised.
Must have telco/IT experience as these will be selling solutions so need knowledge or relatable
Excellent communication skills including face-to-face, telephone and e-mail
Commercial acumen
Prioritisation Skills
Organisation Skills
Negotiation Skills
Determination to learn a new product set
An interest within the technology sector
A want to work in a KPI and target driven environment Desirable

Degree or degree equivalent accreditation
Understanding of Service Now, Relationship building skills with the ability to challenge decisions made by those above you and on the same level as you
problem-solving skills
Knowledge of product line
Previous experience within sales / customer retention
