Working for a global manufacturing business at their UK offices based in Dover, we are seeking a temporary Customer Experience Administrator for a period of 3 months.

You will be working in a busy team environment and provide front line customer experience delivery, handling multi-channel enquiries, processing quotes, orders, deliveries, shipping and order expediting. Being part of the team you will contribution to departmental KPI's, targets and objectives to help achieve the company's customer experience ambitions. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled commercial administrators who ideally has experience of SAP or ERP systems to join a thriving business.

The role

Create SAP ERP Purchase Orders
Log and manage customer interactions via a CRM System
Create accounts, contract records and materials
Process orders, expedite high quality/high value orders including shipping and customs
Deliver outstanding performance levels in serving customers through all channels
Maintain knowledge of commercial, CRM and ERP processes, procedures and methodsWe are seeking candidates available in the market immediately, with two years' experience in a Business-Business Order Administration roles, who is self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive learning attitude.
