Job Purpose:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the digital marketing team, you will be acting as the main point of contact for Digital and SharePoint clients - Marketing Managers and Regional Administrators/Document Controllers.

You will need to build relationships with your client in the business by phone and emails, overseeing the creative aspects of the digital content production with our designer and content administrators to ensure the client brief is met to best practise and agreed timelines.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

* Account mapping and strategy planning to progress, grow and/or activate accounts

* Task management and prioritisation of all tasks with production team (Digital and SharePoint resources)

* Overseeing the creative aspects of digital content production with our designer and content administrators to ensure the client brief is met to best practise and agreed timelines

* Consult clients to merge offline activities with online solutions

* Setting and managing client expectations on deliverables

* Support Project Managers in the progression of Digital and SharePoint projects

* Responsible to ensure operational support is agreed for smooth transition from project delivery to BAU support

* Close liaison with Digital Marketing Team to ensure every brief received provides an integrated digital solution to the client

* Monitor and update tasks for production team in task management

* Running and participation of Daily Planner and weekly team meetings

* Support the Digital Account Management Team Lead with reporting and resource management

Technical Competencies:

* Excellent client relationship building skills

* Experience in client account mapping to formulate a strategy and implementation plans to grow and activate passive accounts

* Good presentation skills to present results and performance back to the business in an easy to understand manner

* A good knowledge of digital trends and experience within some/all of the different digital disciplines; SEO, PPC, Social Media, E-marketing, Web Content, Tracking and Analytics, AB Testing and website optimisation and SharePoint/Intranet

* Organised with great attention to detail and excellent time management & prioritisation skills

* Experience in pitching new concepts and ideas to clients effectively to convert accounts into solid partners and develop case studies to 're-pitch' to other accounts

* Experience in report writing to update clients on the progress of tasks and projects

* Ability to prepare and write documentation such as practical guides for our clients

* Knowledge in updating web content using a Web Content Management System

* Ability to delegate, prioritise and write constructive production briefs for the administrators to execute tasks coming into the Studio

* Strong interpersonal skills to liaise and respond to client requests and briefs with confidence and set/manage expectations effectively

* Strong communication skills in writing, in person and over the telephone

* Ability to understand client briefs and provide tailored solutions to the client

* Good problem solving skills to provide clients with the best solution in response to their brief with the ability to translate a client brief into actionable items

* A great team player with the ability to work on own initiative

* Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

* Experience in working with SharePoint / JIRA

* Experience using Analytics packages and reporting - Google Analytics

* Experience working within an Agile environment
