Under the leadership and guidance of a knowledgeable, highly experienced and supportive team, you will join a provider of CQC Outstanding rated care. You will lead a team of carers across a large region of Devon, providing either domiciliary or live-in care to support people in their own homes.
About You:
* Supervisory experience within a homecare setting
* Driver's licence and own vehicle
* Prepared to work some unsociable hours including alternate weekends
You will benefit from a competitive salary of GBP21,340, rising to GBP21,840 after probation, + target related bonus.
