Store Manager
A great opportunity for a Store Manager to open our brand new store opening in September.

Owned by Southern Co-op, we operate Starbucks Stores under a licence agreement, providing our customers with the same great Starbucks service, standards, drinks and customer experience they expect.

In your role as a Store Manager you will:
?? Inspire great performance by demonstrating passion for our culture, coffee and customers
?? Lead, manage and coach your team to achieve amazing results
?? Ensure customer satisfaction and product quality
?? Manage the financial performance of your store, driving sales and creating opportunities to increase profitability
?? Recruit, train and develop your team to the highest standards
?? Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
?? Take responsibility for the day to day running of your store
