Our client, a world leader in Life Sciences, are now looking for a German Speaking Tender Specialist to join their EMEA team. Ideally you will have experience of working with the Tender Process and managing all the information and compliance that goes with this. You will be a really strong administrator that thrives in a fast paced environment. If you enjoy producing commercial documents to a really high standard and are looking to join a company where every member of staff is truly valued, this opportunity could be of interest to you.
As the German Tender Specialist you will be:
Producing tenders document that are compliant and technically correct
Liaising with colleagues to collate information and supporting data
Managing the whole tender process through to approval
Ensuring all documentation is grammatically correct
Managing the collation of documents from the relevant portals
Assisting with quotations
As the German Tender Specialist you will have:
Strong administration experience
Solid tender process experience
Great attention to detail and communication skills
Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Good proof reading skills
Experience of Salesforce is an advantage
