A leading manufacturing organisation with head office in Chesterfield, and remote sites internationally.
Role
We are recruiting for an Infrastructure Specialist to be responsible for all IT support and projects within a 100 user manufacturing group. This is a new role that sits within a small IT function, sitting within a wider group. You will have opportunity to influence and contribute to a wider IT strategy. You will be required to represent IT in management meetings, and comfortable supporting wider business requirements as required.
The role would suit a "hands on" engineer with a breadth of experience across desktop infrastructure, virtualisation, security, networks and mobile devices.
You will be comfortable providing any IT service ranging from 1st to 3rd line support, business continuity, project management and 3rd party management.
Key skills and experience
* Technically skilled in MS Infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V. Azure would be advantageous
* Experience working to best practice information and IT security processes such as Cyber Essentials or ISO27001
* Project Management
* Printer, hardware and mobile devices
* Digital/VOIP support
