We are a leading supplier of fresh food, looking for organised, hard-working Production Operatives to join the team to help with the packing process at our site in Standlake.
We can offer flexible shift patterns to suit you so please get in touch!

- Weekends
- 4 on 4 off
The role:
?? Carry out tasks within the grading process as instructed.
?? Packs eggs from the grading machine.
?? Load correct packaging onto the grading machine.
?? Load incoming stock onto the production line to be graded.
?? Programme robots (MR50/12/30).
?? Achieve production targets and maximise efficiency.
?? Ensure that product is rotated to minimise waste.
?? Attend any necessary training required for the role.
?? Work in any area within the production process as required.
?? Identify areas of inefficiency and waste, and suggest improvements to the Team leader/ Shift Manager.
* Ensure work is completed to a high-standard, and all necessary documentation is completed.
* Maintain a respectful and constructive working relationship with colleagues and managers.
No experience required! As all training will be given by the company including:
* Health & Safety
* Manual handling
* Manual/Electric pallet truck
* HACCP
* Safe systems of work
* Food handling/hygiene
