Lettings Relationship Manager

Our client is a very successful property investment business. They help landlords build their portfolio and become the best landlord's they can be! In light of this, they are looking for a Lettings Relationship Manager to join their proactive team!

Salary: GBP26,000- GBP35,000 OTE

The Role:

• Onboard with all new clients making sure to set up regular contact and to build the relationship
• Have a real understanding of the clients' lettings business and what they stand for
• Be excited for annual reviews
• Making sure to always be in contact at key points in the tenants journey
• Be the glue that keeps it all together!
• Have bundles of energy and enthusiasm that will reflect on the customers and the team

Skills needed:

• 3-5 years lettings experience essential
• Amazing written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
• Ability to break down complex situations
• Good computer skills, good numeracy, and literacy

Skills that would put you above the rest:

• ARLA qualification
• Experience in customer support or customer success
• Business development, account management experience
