Inbound Call Handler

Working in a modern, brand new office with excellent facilities and free parking, I am looking to recruit a number of Inbound Call Handlers for my growing client based on the outskirts of Crewe. Due to business expansion and growth they have recently moved into an exciting new office with fields surrounding their grounds. They are looking for candidates with excellent Customer Service skills gained within either retail or an office environment to handle volume calls from their clients in a professional and friendly manner. These are temporary to permanent roles and and full training is given in their bespoke state of the art training department. The hours of work are either 9 - 5 or 10 - 6 and once permanent you will be expected to work flexibly on rota as their business is open 24/7. Pay rate for the job is GBP9.20 per hour and the culture of the company is one of hard work, fun and inclusivity. Due to location you will need your own transport. These positions are available to start immediately.
