German Speaking Energy Analyst

Energy Analysts provide energy procurement consulting to strategic-level clients. Through deep domain expertise, they independently build strong relationships based on gaining trust and understanding of each client they serve. We are looking for a German speaking, customer service experienced individual to join the team and continue to offer our clients the high level of support that the company pride themselves on.

Client Details

The company are based in Dartford. The role is currently working from home with a view to return in to the office in the future based on government guidelines.

Description

Key responsibilities:

• Work independently to provide consulting services to European based clients including but not limited to, market assessment, risk management, strategy development, contract negotiation and develop risk management strategies.
• Attend client/ supplier meetings when necessary.
• Understand the clients needs and offer relevant support.
• Maintain relationships and communicate regularly with clients and suppliers.
• Administer company contracts.
• Support client on boarding.

Profile

Key skills required:

• Fluent in English and German.
• Degree level educated.
• Experience in a client facing role working directly with clients/ suppliers.
• Have the ability to analyse and administer data.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal.
• A good team player who can work well as part of a team and individually.
