Priding themselves on providing a world class service within the compliance and testing industry, our client is looking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator to support the HR team with a variety of projects.
As the Human Resources Administrator your duties will include:
- Performance and learning management
- Onboarding
- Policy implementation
- Facilitating and conducting training
- Recruitment for a range of global positions
- Acting as a liaison across different teams to execute HR functions
- Maintain and update the HR records system
- Assist with employee relations
- Other duties as required
We would love to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous demonstrable experience in a HR Administrator role
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, HR software
- The ability to present information, communicate with and respond to questions from employees and managers, write reports and business correspondence
- The ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Happy to work independently and with minimal supervision
