My Thame based client are looking for Service Coordinator to join their team. As Service Coordinator, you will be the main contact for clients with regards to the servicing of their equipment.
You will:
* Provide exceptional customer service whilst ensuring that engineer visits are scheduled and carried out in full and on time.
* Be responsible for booking service visits
* Deal with any issues that may occur as a result of service visits
* Log all relevant information.
* Run regular reports
* Ensure that the field team have all equipment and supplies required.
To be successful in this role, you must:
* Be highly organised
* Have exceptional communication skills
* Have excellent administration skills
* Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8-4.30pm with a slightly earlier finish on Fridays.
Holiday allowance starts from 22 days but increases with service and salary is GBP22,000
