Must have previous Hotel exp.
As Human Resources Officer you will be an ambassador for our culture and core values. Working closely with other members of the HR team, you will advise and partner the Hotel Management team on employee engagement, recruitment, training, ER advice, performance management and service delivery and policies and procedures
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous HR Officer experience
* Excellent working knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations
* Familiar with HR best practice and policies and experience of applying them in the workplace
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage your time.
* A flexible and adaptable approach, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluent level of English, written and oral
* Intermediate level of Microsoft word and excel
* Previous experience of working in the Hospitality/Leisure industry
