A groundworks contractor that specialise in residential schemes in Surrey, are looking for an Quantity Surveyor to work on similar schemes across the area.
With over a decade in the industry, this contractor has close relationships with major developers and contractors across London and the Home Counties, and are looking to add to their already experienced team due to a major increase in projects and demand.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will become a key player within a Commercial team that are under a lot of pressure to meet demand, and are in a position to offer a lot of exposure/experience to the right candidate, to aid your training and development. You'll also be working within a company that have over 200 years' experience in the industry, between them all!
You will be the ideal Quantity Surveyor candidate for my client if you have experience in a similar role for a groundworks contractor.
Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:
* You should have previous experience within Quantity Surveyor
* You must have experience working in groundworks.
* You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all level
Remuneration for this Quantity Surveyor position:
* Up to GBP60,000 salary
* Fast tracked career progression
* Competitive pension
