Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Team Manager to join their existing team. You will lead a team of 6-12 people, who manage data research through web-based activity.
Key Duties:
• Day to day management of a team of up to 12
• Motivating the team to achieve individual and department KPIs
• Ensuring data processes are correctly followed
• Conducting regular team meetings to keep the team updated on rules and procedures
• Monitoring of the team performance to address any performance issues and identify any further training needs
• Daily coaching and development of the team through regular feedback and observation sessions
• Providing feedback in a sensitive and timely manner
• Involvement in the department, sharing skills, experience and ideas with other teams and team managers
Key Skills:
• Proven leadership experience
• Motivational skills
• Planning and organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Target focussed, being both driven to achieve individual targets and the ability to motivate others to achieve their targets. Experience of KPIs
• High attention to detail, accuracy is a key objective within the role
• Leading your team by example
• Highly computer literate
