Domestic Service & Breakdown Engineer
Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional plumbing and heating contractor operating within the private insurance sector.
They have an excellent opportunity for a qualified domestic heating engineer to join their team on a permanent basis covering the South London/Surrey area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic properties.
The Role
* Annual servicing
* Landlord gas safety certificates
* Fault finding and repairs.
The Package
* Salary: GBP38,000 per annum DOE
* Van, fuel card, tools, PPE & uniform provided.
* Ongoing training and development with scope to progress into supervisory or management level
* Overtime paid at time and a half door to door.
* Call out rota with standby & enhanced rates (time and a half or double time) paid door to door.
* Up to 10% employer pension contribution
* Quarterly 5% company bonus
* Boiler lead commission scheme (not targeted) up to GBP2kpa earning potential.
* 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing to 25 days with service.
* Numerous company benefits including annual health check, access to company wellbeing programme and Give as you earn scheme.
* OTE GBP45,000 per annum
The Candidate
* Excellent technical knowledge with strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
* ACS qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Min. 2 years' experience working in a similar role.
* No unspent criminal convictions (DBS will be carried out on your behalf)
* Good customer service skills
