Assistant Site Manager
I am currently working on behalf of a well-known Main Contractor in the South of England who have a strong pipeline of work.
They are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to start ASAP on a perm basis for a residential project in Colchester.
The successful candidate will be required to have previous construction experience and will be assisting the Site Management/Project Management teams with various tasks on site. This would suit an ambitious individual who has been in an assistant/junior site management role for a few years and wants to take their career to the next level.
• 3 - 4 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Construction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Experience managing various sites
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong time management skills
• Hard working and ambitious
Qualifications:
• CSCS
• SMSTS (desirable)
