Manufacturing Assistant
Dover
3-month fixed term contract
Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week
GBP8.91 per hour

The Manufacturing Assistant role is working in a busy manufacturing department for a multinational company in electrical test equipment.
Full training will be provided for the Manufacturing Assistant position, the ideal candidate will have an interest in electronics and a practical, hands on position.
As a Manufacturing Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Assembling and packing finished instruments and sub-assemblies,
Working to daily and weekly targets to ensure customers orders are met on time,
Ensuring all company procedures are followed,
Working within a team environment with limited supervision,
Contributing to improvement activities as part of the development of a lean manufacturing environment,
Supporting tasks will include booking stock into cells and maintaining stock accuracy.Hours of work
Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
The successful candidate will be required to start as soon as possible
