We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established main dealer group who are based in Southampton. Our client is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join their team. As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
About the role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the New Car Sales Manager by controlling all aspects of the used vehicle sales processes within the business including the full use of the internal data management system.
* Our client is looking for a highly motivated person with passion and drive who can provide exceptional levels of customer service. Someone who can lead, drive and motivate the Sales team, exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the used car department.
* Our client requires someone who has the ability to manage pricing of all used vehicles, making sure the forecourt is kept tidy and helping manage digital enquiries.
* You should have the knowledge, experience, drive and ability to get the most out of the Used Department and sales team.
* Our client is willing to consider someone working in a Used Car Controller role or similar who is looking to take the next steps into management. However you must have a proven track record and experience in used car sales. This is essential.
The Package:
GBP30,000 negotiable basic salary, depending on experience. GBP55,000 + OTE uncapped, as well as company vehicle and other fantastic company benefits.
