Elite Search Associates are delighted to be working with a reputable costs firm, who are looking to expand both their departments based in Leeds and Manchester.

Areas of practice

• Personal Injury
• Clinical Negligence
• Commercial Litigation

Description of the role

• Drafting budgets and attending CCMC
• Drafting Bills in complex high value matters
• Drafting points of dispute
• Drafting replies
• Attending detailed assessments

Experience and qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Cost Draftsman
• A full understanding of the CPR
• Must be a good negotiator
• Experience in advocacy would be desirable but no essential

Remuneration

• This is a full time, permanent position
• The salary is dependent upon your experience
• This opportunity can be based both within the office or our client is happy for the successful applicant to work based from home with 2 weeks first for training within the office
