Trainee Surveyor.
Pinner based small consultancy is looking for a local mature graduate to train up as a qualified chartered surveyor, specialising in party wall legislation - According to the RICS "the most lucrative sector within the industry for a fully trained and experienced surveyor."
Must be qualified to HND or BSc minimum surveying or legal degree; one to one mentoring by an experienced surveyor provided.
Must have good written and oral English skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Ideally live within a 10-mile radius of Pinner, Middlesex.
Competitive package to be agreed dependent on experience and qualifications.
