Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)

Salary: Up to GBP27,500 per annum depending on experience

The Role

In this position you will provide support to the Resourcing, Talent, Leadership & Culture and Reward teams on a range of analytics and administrative tasks, including running reports and maintaining data in a range of HR systems. This will include providing data and reports for cyclical Talent & Reward activities, monthly Resourcing and HR MI, and other regular and ad-hoc requests.

You will also be required to complete administrative tasks and respond to queries on the Learning Management System [LMS].

You will be able to demonstrate excellent data and analytic experience along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge. You will also be demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and ideally have had proven project management experience.
